A Founder's Note
Why I Built The Matchmaker
Apartment hunting shouldn't be stressful. But if you've searched in South Florida, you know it is. I've placed hundreds of renters across this market, and I kept watching the same thing happen: people spending weeks scrolling listings with outdated prices, touring apartments that were never right, waiting days for agents to call them back, and worst of all, dropping hundreds in application fees on places they were never going to qualify for. Nobody was protecting their time or their money.
So I set out to streamline the whole thing, and honestly, to revolutionize it. The Matchmaker works from the playbook I use personally. It only pulls from buildings I actually work with. Prices are screened against the real specials, because a $2,900 apartment with two months free is really a $2,450 apartment, and most agents never do that math for you. You get prequalified up front, so you never pay to apply for a home you can't get. And every match comes with a walkthrough video, a full tour of the unit and the amenities, so you see the real thing before you ever leave your couch. (Don't see the amenities in yours?
